License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by IT Irvine Group your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Registered Version

One registered copy of GhostWriter must be used by a single person who uses the software personally on up to two computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-concurrently by multiple people, but not both. Reverse engineering of any kind is strickly forbidden.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS"Group, AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, CO-BRANDERS OR OTHER PARTNERS, AND EMPLOYEES, AT YOUR EXPENSE, AGAINST ANY AND ALL THIRD PARTY CLAIMS OR DEMANDS, ACTIONS, PROCEEDINGS AND SUITS AND ALL RELATED LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, SETTLEMENTS, PENALTIES, FINES COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEY''S FEES AND OTHER DISPUTE RESOLUTION EXPENSES) INCURRED BY IT Irvine Group, DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF FILES YOU SUBMIT, POST TO, TRANSMIT OR COMMUNICATE THROUGH THE SOFTWARE, YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF THE SOFTWARE, YOUR VIOLATION OF THE LICENSE, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY RIGHTS OF ANOTHER.
